Methods of Listing

Companies can get listed on main board of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) in any of the two methods:

• Listing through Initial Public Offer (IPO)

1. fixed price method, under which issuer may offer shares at Par/Premium/Discount; or
2. book-building method, under which issuer may offer shares at cut off price determined through bidding process by EIs.
