DAFODILCOM: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 11.11.2025 regarding EGM Notice for converting Loan to Equity Shares, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide their letter dated May 21, 2026 has informed the company that the Commission is not in a position to accord consent for the issuance of 3,26,90,000 ordinary shares at Tk.15/- each, aggregating Tk. 49,03,50,000/- against repayment of loan availed from Creative International.
