SEMLLECMF: BGIC has informed the following: "in reference to the BSEC letter no, BSEC/MF & SPV/MF-121/2014/219 dated March 15, 2026, we as Trustee of SEMI- Lecture Equity Management Fund would like to inform you that BSEC has accorded consent for the conversion of the above-mentioned Fund from close end to open end and each unitholder received 0.9767 units in the converted open end Mutual Fund for every 1.00 unit held in the previous close end Mutual Fund in accordance with BSEC letter no. BSEC/MF & SPV/MF-121/2014/218 dated March 15, 2026."
