MARICO: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM instead of earlier scheduled time 5:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended September 30, 2026.
