MERCANBANK: Engr. Md. Monsuruzzaman, a Sponsor of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 500,000 shares of the company to his Spouse Mrs. Sultana Ferdausi Begum, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 29, 2026.
