2026-11-02: Transmission of Deceased Sponsor's Shares to Successors

NCCBANK: Referring to its earlier news disseminated by CSE on 06.11.2025, the company has informed that the remaining 124,586 shares held by Late Nisar Kader, a sponsor of the company who passed away on 15.05.2024, will be transmitted to his successors according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court. Among the successors, Mrs. Shegufta Nisar, wife of Late Nisar Kader and also a sponsor of the company, will receive her portion of 15,573 shares.
