Monsuruzzaman, a Sponsor of the company, has completed his transfer of 500,000 shares of the company to his Spouse Mrs. Sultana Ferdausi Begum, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by CSE on 29.10.2026.
