NAVANACNG: The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 29 October, 2026 has decided to include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations & Hubs business, install AC and DC fast-charging infrastructure directly at existing CNG refueling stations, acquire new locations, battery swapping stations, commercial & fleet energy solutions, electric vehicle maintenance & service centers, battery recycling & lifecycle management, EV Showrooms & Dealerships businesses, Motorbike, EV four wheeler and three wheeler business (CKD, Distributor, Sales & Service) and other EV and solar related product and services in the Memorandum of Association.(Cont)
