2026-11-05: Confirmation of share transmission of Late Mr. Deen Mohammad

CITYBANK: Mr. Mohammed Shoeb, one of the four legal successors of the deceased and also a Sponsor of the Company, has informed that he has received 4,219,235 shares out of the total 9,643,966 bonus shares from the 2025 stock dividend of Late Mr. Deen Mohammad, as per the news disseminated by CSE on 28.10.2026.
